Good news for those of you who use fancy-schmancy cell phones to view our humble blog: I just installed a unbelievably awesome Wordpress plugin called WPTouch which automatically detects whether a visitor is on a supported mobile device (iPhone, Android, Blackberry, etc.) and then serves up a version of the site designed specifically for that phone. Huge thanks to the developers at Brave New Code who wrote this plugin and offer it to the Wordpress community for free.

Man I just added the new turbo upgrade (essentially a page cache) for wordpress to my browser and it’s making a load of difference! My loading times have been halved! Great freaking upgrade! I suggest every one else with firefox add it too. All you need to do is go to the log in page and then go into your account under the tools section to download it.
